What's Cooking at the Westover's

Honey Glazed Salmon with Polenta and Green salad.

I forgot to take pictures, how sad is that! But, I was able to find a few online that give a good representation:


Honey Glaze:

2 TBS Soy Sauce

1/4 cup Honey

3 TBS Dijon Mustard

Stir together soy sauce and honey in small saucepan; bring to simmer over medium-high heat and cook until slightly thickened, 3 to 4 minutes. Off heat, whisk in Dijon mustard.
