BOO to the flu!

Today at work we had a BOO to the flu lobby event, put on by the health and wellness department. It basically was a big push to remember to disinfect your homes and keep your area clean of germs and flu viruses by using the handy disinfecting wipes they handed it. It was actually one of the best lobby events I've seen since working at Clorox. They had the WebMD people come in and set up booths for everyone to register with. They gave away goody bags that included a free kids size t-shirt with the BOO to the flu logo printed on it and had my group comp up a giant pumpkin for the bean bag toss. In the morning they had another group come in and give Flu shots to whomever wanted them and the first 100 people were free. (I was number 27)
In preparation for this even I unfortunately was given the task of coming in at 6:45 this morning to prep the balloons and deliver them to various locations with-in the building. (ie. the lobby, and the flu shot room). So I have been up since 5 this morning and will not be able to go to bed until 10/11 pm. :(
The good part about this is that the event went off with-out a hitch AND I get to attend the temple tonight for Stake Temple night. I think it's been almost 2 months since I've been so this is a well needed trip. :)
So... everyone remember to disinfect because flu season is upon us! BOO!!!
