Eric and I were sitting on the sofa last night talking and he looked over at me and said "I think I need to..."
and then he stopped. Just like that "I need to ..."(dead silence).
So I said " you need to... what?"
And then quite possibly the strangest thing happened. He looked at me with a quizzical look and said "I didn't say that".
What the ?(*&%@? Seriously? .... I let it drop b/c it obviously wasn't important enough for him to even remember having started the sentence.
Later that night I was talking about how I was going to pick up my sister's car at BART and drive over to my dentist appointment and he says "oh, that's what I was going to say..." "I think I need to find a ride so you can have the car tomorrow, but I forgot you were taking her car...."
At this point I ever so lovingly pointed out the fact that he had said "I think I need to..." earlier and his response was... "huh, I guess I did say that'
While this event had me rolling on the floor for the next 5 minutes I do find it strange that he was able to completely check out and not even kinda remember starting a sentence. Whatever... I'm just glad I proved that I wasn't taking crazy pills! ;p

I'm SO glad you finally updated your blog! I check it all the time, and was SO glad this time when it was something new! And Chad might have those moments every now and then too... Runs in the family...?
