We had our first ultrasound on Friday, which turned out to be a bit premature (how am I supposed to know, I just showed up when the scheduling nurse told me to). But we still got a picture and were able to see the little heartbeat for about 2 seconds. My doctor is going on vacation in three weeks and told us to come back in two weeks when we're a bit further along so we can see the heartbeat properly. How exciting is this! Family Warnick is seriously buzzing, and family Westover is glowing with pride. :)
