Memorial Day weekend was an action packed one for the Westover's. We spent our Saturday night at our good friends Michelle and Edgar's wedding, which was held at the Dunsmuir estates is Oakland. Eric was so kind as to point out that this was the 'hotel' that "So I Married an Axe Murderer" was filmed at.
We spent Monday down in Santa Cruz, Capitola, Big Basin and Pigeon Point with our friends Erika, Steve and Ryan. We began the day in Santa Cruz at the Patagonia outlet store where they were having a 40% OFF Memorial day blowout sale. Then we headed over to Pizza from Pizza My Heart in Capitola, followed by Ice Cream and a nice walk around downtown.
Next we headed over to Big Basin and watched the Wind and Kite surfers in action. It looks like a fun sport, but I'm sure it takes some good arm muscles to be able to support yourself.
We ended the day in Pigeon Point with a great view of the ocean.

I love the editing you do on most of your pictures. DO you use a certain program? Is it hard?
I use Photoshop most of the time. Sometimes I use iPhoto, which is WAY easy. But Photoshop is a program you'd have to take a class on or at least run some tutorials.
