What's cookin at the Westover's

Sauteed Golden Potatoes with Fresh Cut Bell Peppers and Garlic Bread.

It began with a bag of Golden potatoes, diced and thrown onto the frying pan with some Olive Oil and salt. Then came the Kielbasa, followed by Red pepper flakes and a bit more salt (because salt is my favorite food). Add to the table a bowl full of fresh cut bell peppers and a delicious loaf of the most garlicy garlic bread ever and viola! Dinner. :)
