Mystery Spot

This past Saturday we braved the wild back woods of Santa Cruz in search of the Mystery Spot. Through the forest and windy roads we went until we reached our destination.

Its a good thing Eric purchased our tickets over the phone that morning, because that place was packed!

The tour was a trip. From the moment I entered the 'spot' I got a little dizzy and being in the crazy slanted shack only made things worse. I did not handle it well. The handrails have never seen so much use!

You can stand sideways on the walls... say what?!?

This was crazy - they first showed you that the log was indeed flat with a level and then had people line up by height (from 5'10" to 5'2"). Then they had them switch sides on the log (from 5'2" to 5'10") and all of a sudden everyone was basically the same height. - Crazy!

After all this madness we headed into Santa Cruz and met up with Eric's little brother and girlfriend - Marky & Katie - and had dinner. It was a pretty exciting all day adventure.

Cute pic of Q with his Gilligan hat on
